Information used by the app

ShopBook24 uses your sign-in identity, name, email or phone number and profile picture to identify your account. Business information you enter may include customer contacts, bills, stock, expenses and payment records.

Storage and account access

The app saves business records in your browser and, when connected, in Supabase under your account. Cloud backups are associated with your account. Anyone with access to your unlocked device or browser profile may be able to read locally saved information. Local browser storage is not encrypted by ShopBook24.

Connected services

Supabase handles authentication and cloud storage. Google handles Google sign-in. Razorpay handles checkout; ShopBook24 records order IDs, payment IDs and subscription dates, rather than card numbers. Third-party fonts and script providers receive normal network request information when their resources load.

WhatsApp sharing opens WhatsApp with the bill or message you select. Review customer information before sharing it. Connected providers have their own privacy policies.

Backups and removal

The app is configured to retain the latest 30 cloud backups per account when pruning succeeds. Local records remain in your browser until removed. Export a backup before clearing browser storage. Contact support to request account or cloud-data removal; payment records may need to be retained for accounting or dispute handling.
