Using ShopBook24

ShopBook24 helps you record bills, customers, inventory, expenses and payments. Keep your account secure, enter accurate information and use the service only for business records you are authorized to manage. Do not attempt to access another account or interfere with the service.

Plans and access

The app offers a 365-day trial measured from account creation. Paid access is offered at ₹399 for one month or ₹3,999 for one year. Confirm the amount displayed at checkout before paying. A subscription is activated after the server verifies a captured payment. These purchases do not create automatic recurring billing.

Renewals extend an unexpired paid term, or start from the payment date if the term has expired. Keep your payment ID for support. If payment succeeds but access is unavailable, use Restore Subscription or contact support.

Payment questions

For duplicate charges, failed activation, cancellation or refund requests, contact support@shopbook24.in with the payment ID. Do not send card details or passwords. These terms do not remove any rights available under applicable law.

Records and availability

Review bills, tax calculations and reports before using them. The app does not replace professional accounting or tax advice. Internet access is required for sign-in, cloud synchronization and payments. Keep independent exported backups; local saving and cloud backups can fail if storage, connectivity or service access is unavailable.
